The script found at http://cs.longwood.edu/~scottmce/cgi-bin/BookRecommendation.php will process a form that has three inputs.  Your task is to create an html page that allows the user to enter information and receive a book recommendation.  The form inputs ar specified below:

Name Type of input Description
UserName text a text box where the user types their name
UserAge text a text box where the user types their age (an integer)
ALTERNATE:  if you wish, you may have a pulldown menu instead where they choose the number.
Interest select the options in this menu should be:
  • No choice
  • Mystery
  • Non-Fiction
  • Historical Fiction
  • Fantasy
The value associated with each of these options should be the text of the option (note the capitalization)

How will you know if your form is working?     The script will distinguish ages <7, between 7 and 15, and > 15.    Each genre will give a different recommendation if you are at least 7.

If the form is behaving differently for different values of each of the inputs, it is working.  Be sure to check EACH of the possibilities for the pull-down menu.

NOTE:  Your page should call upon the BookRecommendation script DIRECTLY from my directory.
